Carrie serves as Vice President and Commercial Transaction Specialist for Fidelity National Title’s National Commercial Services (NCS) operation servicing D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. With nearly two decades of experience in real estate transactions, she brings a well-rounded background that spans work as a real estate paralegal, title insurance operations, and underwriting. Throughout her career, Carrie has managed transactions from contract through closing and post-closing, while also reviewing and underwriting title matters and supporting attorneys with complex title and closing issues. This breadth of experience has provided a comprehensive understanding of the transaction lifecycle and the unique challenges involved in commercial real estate deals.
 
In her current role, Carrie supports commercial real estate transactions on a national scale, with exposure to both escrow/closing operations and underwriting. She also brings strong SoftPro expertise developed from both the law firm/closing and title insurance sides of the industry. Known for her collaborative approach, Carrie enjoys solving problems, working across teams, and identifying practical opportunities to improve processes, enhance accuracy, and drive greater efficiency.

Carrie lives in Morrisville, North Carolina with her partner as part of a blended family with three children. She enjoys crocheting, puzzles, DIY,  woodworking projects, following the WNBA, and spending time at the beach - especially looking for shark teeth along North Carolina’s coast.
