I have been fortunate to sit in every seat around a closing table during my career, which I think gives me a unique perspective when it comes to underwriting title. Each party to a transaction has a slightly different perspective. I think being able to understand that allows me to provide quality service, and satisfy the needs of each of the parties to the transaction which translates into a positive experience for everyone involved. Truth be told, the final impression is what leads to the next transaction, or not.
