Guy serves as Commercial Title Examiner for Fidelity’s National Commercial Services (NCS) operation servicing D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. In his current role, he provides commercial title examinations to the underwriting department for purposes of issuance of title commitments and policies. This involves full title examinations, policy and commitment updates, construction updates, and pre-closing and post-closing updates. Guy also provides miscellaneous paralegal assistance for the benefit of our underwriting team.

Guy has a bachelor of arts degree in history from Virginia Tech and earned his paralegal certificate from the National Center for Paralegal Training in Atlanta, Georgia.
