Joel serves as Vice President, Commercial Sales and Account Executive for Fidelity National Title’s National Commercial Services (NCS) operation servicing D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. In this role, he drives revenue growth by attracting new clients while strengthening existing relationships. Joel represents Fidelity at industry events, actively promoting our high‑performance escrow and closing services. He works closely with developers and lenders to help mitigate balance‑sheet risk, delivering solutions that support successful project execution. Joel is committed to building and expanding relationships with developers, lenders, and attorneys.
Prior to joining Fidelity, he partnered with commercial developers, architects, contractors, brokers, and engineers to help expand their networks and business opportunities. Joel looks forward to bringing this experience, along with a strong service‑oriented approach, to support clients and contribute to Fidelity’s continued success.

Joel is currently a member of NAIOP, ULI, ICSC, and NMHC. He sits on the programs committee and the golf tournament committee for the DC/MD Chapter of NAIOP. Joel graduated from Hobart College with a bachelor of arts degree in philosophy. He lives in Loudoun County with his daughter and son. In his free time, he enjoys running, lifting, home improvement projects, coaching his son’s soccer team, and playing soccer.
