Filmon is Senior Vice President and Manager of the National Commercial Services operation for the Mid-Atlantic region, where he oversees the delivery of high-level commercial closings, title, and escrow solutions for commercial real estate transactions across the Mid-Atlantic region and nationwide. A licensed attorney and industry veteran, Filmon brings extensive legal, operational, and business development experience to the organization.
 
Prior to his current role, Filmon served as Counsel for the Atlanta National Commercial Services business unit, where he played a pivotal role in managing complex commercial portfolios and advancing key client relationships. His background includes underwriting high-liability, multi-state and multi-site transactions, guiding clients through high-stakes development and investment deals with a commitment to proactive service and delivering client-focused solutions.
