Jacob serves as Vice President, Commercial Sales and Account Executive for Fidelity National Title’s National Commercial Services (NCS) operation servicing D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. In this role, he leads business development and account management initiatives for commercial real estate clients across the country.

Jacob serves as a dedicated partner for developers, investors, attorneys, and lenders, guiding transactions and managing client relationships through complex multi-site acquisitions, refinances, and ground up developments across the country. By aligning market strategy with Fidelity’s national underwriting capabilities, he delivers tailored title and escrow solutions that guide deal teams seamlessly from initial contact to closing.
