Kathleen serves as Administrative Assistant for Fidelity’s National Commercial Services (NCS) operation servicing D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. She joined the NCS team in 2010 and her current role includes welcoming and assisting guests, assisting the office management team with daily operations of our office, and assisting the accounting officer. Kathleen admires her co-workers for their dedication and always hopes that she is doing enough to support each of them.
