Kimberly serves as Escrow Officer for Fidelity’s National Commercial Services (NCS) operation servicing D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. She provides escrow support for closings including tracking earnest money deposits and investing when requested, collecting invoices/preparing settlement statements, disbursing funds at closing which include confirming/sending wires, and balancing/reconciling files post-closing.

Prior to joining the NCS in 2020, Kathleen’s experience includes over ten years of closing residential real estate deals. She also worked for a major university as part of their real estate foundation’s asset management team and worked as a legal assistant and paralegal at a Northern Virginia firm focusing on business and corporate law.
