Sue is Vice President and Commercial Escrow Officer for Fidelity’s National Commercial Services (NCS) operation servicing D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. Joining the NCS in 2010, she is responsible for opening files, collecting title requirements, preparing closing statements, disbursing funds, and verifying wiring instructions. Sue also mediates between the parties to transactions and the underwriters.

Sue earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree from Orange County Community College and attended the National Institute for Paralegal Studies. She lives in Goochland, Virginia with her husband John, daughter Kerry, and her grandson T-Chi.
