Todd serves as Vice President and Commercial Underwriter for Fidelity National Title’s D.C. National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. Since joining the real estate industry in 1996, he has specialized in the due diligence of commercial real estate in connection with the acquisition, disposition, development and financing of real property. Todd has represented one of the world’s largest institutional investor’s retirement and special situation investment funds in addition to numerous real estate developers, investors, and lenders on a national level. He has worked on behalf of energy providers and lenders in connection with the acquisition, financing, disposition, and restructuring of multi-site refineries, electrical distribution facilities, and nuclear power plants.

Todd has also coordinated large-scale, multi-billion-dollar restructurings and bankruptcy workouts with institutional investors, lenders, government officials and steering committees involving hundreds of properties, the reorganization of companies, asset reclassification and issuance of new debt. Throughout the years, he has also been responsible for training entry-level attorneys and paralegals in title and survey due diligence.
