Bill serves as Vice President and Commercial Counsel for Fidelity National Title's D.C. NCS operation. He joined the industry in 1980 and has closed many major commercial transactions in Maryland, D.C., and Northern Virginia.

Bill is Past Chairman of the Montgomery County Bar Association Real Property Section, former member of the MSBA Real Property Section Council, and the MSBA Code Revision Committee. He is also former speaker for the Montgomery County Bar Association, MLTA and MIC-PEL.
 
Bill graduated from the University of Maryland with honors and received his J.D. from the University of Miami. He resides in Braddock Heights, Maryland in a historic house known in the area as Stone Manor.
