Earl serves as Senior Commercial Counsel for Fidelity National Title’s D.C. National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. He began his career in the industry in 1989 working in many facets of the real estate industry including surveying, abstracting, escrow, and title. Joining the NCS in 2022, Earl conducts commercial closings and underwrites title for large corporations in and around the D.C. Metropolitan area.

Earl is a member of DCLTA, MLTA, and the Maryland and D.C. bar associations. He earned his B.A. and J.D. from College of William and Mary. Earl currently resides in Arnold, Maryland.
