Justin is Vice President and Commercial Counsel at Fidelity National Title Insurance Company's National Commercial Services division, where he renders underwriting decisions on complex commercial real estate transactions across the Mid-Atlantic region and nationally. A licensed Ohio attorney and title agent since 2011 and 2017 respectively, Justin brings 13 years of progressive title experience spanning oil and gas examination, residential and commercial title, and national underwriting.

Effective September 3, 2026 Justin is President of the Ohio Land Title Association (OLTA). He is Co-Chair of the Legislative Drafting Committee, Real Property Section Council, Ohio State Bar Association. Justin received his undergraduate degree from Ohio University and attended The University of Akron School of Law.
