Keith Gilmore serves as Assistant Vice President and Commercial Counsel for Fidelity National Title’s D.C. National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. Keith has been in the industry since 2005 and joined Fidelity in 2016. He is responsible for underwriting and closing commercial real estate transactions in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia. Keith works with both national and local clients who target varying classes of real estate including office buildings, mixed-use, retail, apartments, senior living developments, and shopping malls.

Keith is a member of the Maryland and District of Columbia Bar Associations. He received his B.A. from Morehouse College, has a Masters in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University and a J.D. from Howard University School of Law.
