Kris joined the title industry in 1996 and the Richmond NCS in 2025. She has extensive experience in underwriting, escrow, and closing major transactions with a heavy emphasis on multifamily and hospitality industry projects. Kris has expertise in coastal and riparian rights issues common to the Tidewater, Virginia area. Her significant projects include a 20-story continuing care community located directly on the Chesapeake Bay, the expansion of the largest port in the Tidewater region, expansion of the 26-mile Chesapeake Bay-Bridge Tunnel connecting mainland Virginia to the Delmarva Peninsula, and the transformation of a local university to include retail, parking, and dormitories. Kris has many long-time customers with whom she has repeat business.

Kris lives in Virginia Beach with her husband of 38 years. Their daughter Ashley has given them four beautiful grandchildren, and they live close by. Their son Tyler lives in Richmond, and they see him as much as they can.  Kris loves going to the beach as much as possible.
