Stacie is a commercial coordinator for Fidelity National Title's National Commercial Services (NCS) operation servicing D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. She specializes in large-scale commercial real estate settlements for both single-site and multi-site transactions nationwide. In this role, Stacie provides essential support throughout the transaction lifecycle—including underwriting assistance, escrow management, and coordination of closing and post-closing activities—to ensure seamless and timely execution.
 
Prior to joining Fidelity in 2020, Stacie served as a legal assistant and paralegal for a commercial real estate law firm, where she focused on closing and post-closing processes. This experience strengthened her knowledge of legal compliance and transaction management within the commercial real estate sector. Stacie’s professional foundation includes over 20 years in residential mortgage banking, during which she held senior leadership roles such as office manager and vice president. Stacie oversaw default servicing operations for a Virginia-based trustee company, gaining experience in loan servicing, client relations, and operational oversight.
