Valerie is Assistant Vice President and Commercial Escrow Officer for Fidelity National Title's National Commercial Services (NCS) operation servicing D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. Joining the NCS in 2005, she provides comprehensive service and support across all aspects of the escrow process including managing escrow deposits and investments, preparing settlement statements, disbursing funds, and performing post-closing reconciliations. Valerie is known for her attention to detail and effective communication skills. She ensures that each customer is fully informed throughout their transaction and strives to deliver a seamless and positive closing experience.

In 2006, Valerie was honored to be nominated for Fidelity’s Circle of Excellence award in recognition of her outstanding work in both the secretarial/word processing and customer service categories.
 
Valerie is actively involved in the Special Olympics, MDA Telethons, and the Tim Tebow Night to Shine. Outside of work, she enjoys supporting her children’s athletic pursuits, cheering on her youngest on the football field, and her oldest as a collegiate baseball player.
