Max Trapkin joined the title workforce at the ripe age of 14. While other teens fretted over highschool romance, Max was asking the big questions like “Is this deed taxable?” and “Who owns this fence?” Enthralled by the unpredictable nature of the work, he embarked on a journey to be the ultimate title guy. Several years (and two diplomas) later, Max returned to Washington, D.C., to change the world of Title Insurance.

I’ve always said – if a title guy can’t do it, it can’t be done.

Currently, Max is absorbing all the knowledge and experience he can while working under the veteran team members of the Fidelity D.C. NCS. Being a jack-of-all-trades but master of none, Max regularly incorporates his advanced knowledge of technology with his work. From building a complex spreadsheet on Microsoft Excel, to helping Senior Counsel turn down the volume on their phone, Max is ready to tackle any task, no matter how large or small.

Max graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from The University of Maryland, College Park, in 2012. Max was born in Washington, D.C., and has spent his whole life in Prince George’s County. He is a big Washington Redskins fan, a lifelong dog lover, and an art enthusiast.
